Key Responsibilities

Lead agile transformation initiatives and manage multiple scrum teams
Drive delivery of complex software projects in trading systems
Facilitate sprint planning and scrum ceremonies while protecting team productivity
Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams

Implement and maintain agile metrics and reporting systems

Requirements

Education

Degree level education in mathematics, engineering, economics, or related field

Experience

Significant experience in agile software delivery and trading systems

Required Skills

Agile Methodology (incl Scrum Master experience) Managing Stakeholders Understanding and following bank governance processes Self Starter Change Initiatives Infrastructure or Software Development or Dev Ops experience
