Key Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation strategy across multiple channels (web, mobile, kiosk, onboard)
Drive revenue growth through optimization of digital commerce platforms and third-party partnerships
Manage cross-functional relationships with Technology, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams
Oversee multi-million dollar capital and operational budgets
Direct design and product management initiatives for customer experience enhancement
Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with revenue management goals

Education

Bachelor's degree in digital and/or business discipline, Master's preferred

10+ years in digital and third party distribution field with OTA ground and leisure partners, 10+ years leading 15+ person teams
