Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide strategic portfolio management and execution oversight
Direct Agile Center of Excellence and transformation initiatives
Drive M&A integration and portfolio consolidation
Oversee cross-functional program delivery and risk management
Establish and maintain Agile governance frameworks
Lead high-performing teams including Program Managers and Agile Coaches
Develop and implement enterprise-wide Agile coaching programs

Requirements

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or related discipline

Experience

8-12 years of project/portfolio management; 8+ years of management/leadership experience
