Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic technology and automation initiatives to enhance product delivery efficiency and platform capabilities
Drive product innovation through market analysis, investment theme development, and structured product design
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including order management, execution, and risk monitoring across multiple asset classes
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external market participants
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across international frameworks

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Experience

Up to 3 years of working experience in financial institutions, asset management firms or similar

Required Skills

Knowledge of financial markets and capital markets products Experience in dealing and execution Regulatory knowledge across local and US frameworks Strong PC skills including Work, Excel, PowerPoint VBA and python Self-motivated / Takes Initiative Risk Awareness and Good Judgement Strong communication and relationship building skills
