Key Responsibilities

Lead behavioral intervention program development and implementation for autistic young adults
Oversee comprehensive student assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS and EFL with quarterly updates
Design and manage Individual Learning Plans and Personal Curriculum Plans aligned with EHCPs
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLTs, and Job Coaches
Direct classroom team management and educational delivery oversight
Facilitate stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Guide community integration and vocational training programs

Requirements

Education

Undergraduate Degree; formal training in ABA (Masters level) and Studying/completed BCaBA/BCBA qualification

Experience

4+ years in Behaviour Analysis, at least 6 months at supervisory level essential

Required Skills

Programme development assessment behavioural interventions team management theoretical and practical training excellent communication calm under pressure

Certifications

BCaBA/BCBA (completed or in progress) ABA Masters qualification
