Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

10-13 years total experience with 5-7 years in benefits management

Strong knowledge of benefit regulations across India and APJ Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional data management, analytical and problem-solving abilities Independent, self-managed, and self-starter

Certifications

CEBS certification (preferred)
