Key Responsibilities
Lead therapeutic intervention and crisis support for 8-10 young adults aged 17-21
Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support through rotating on-call schedule
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
Coordinate with community resources to facilitate client self-sufficiency
Conduct bilingual family sessions and maintain English documentation
Participate in clinical supervision and treatment planning
Execute strength-focused, solution-based assessments
Engage support systems to maximize treatment effectiveness
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in social services discipline (social work, counseling, psychology, criminal justice, or related field)
Experience
One year of related experience in counseling and/or case management preferred
