Key Responsibilities

Lead quality control operations and ensure regulatory compliance with CLIA standards and accreditation requirements

Conduct adverse reaction investigations and support pathologist interpretations

Requirements

Education

Master or bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology

Experience

Four years of recent experience in a highly complex clinical laboratory including at least one year working in Blood Bank
