Key Responsibilities

Manage and release quarterly BMD Integrated Master Schedule Baseline using Microsoft Project
Develop BMD Quarterly Annual Financial Report analyzing NATO Resource Committee and NCIA systems
Verify and review SEIT contract deliverables and manage delivery certificates
Coordinate BMD Steering Committee meetings and documentation
Maintain program documentation and track action items across multiple stakeholder groups

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 4 years experience, or 8 years extensive expertise without degree

Experience

Minimum 4-8 years depending on education

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience in planning, programming and execution of defence acquisition programmes Extensive experience in missile defence systems acquisition Knowledge of NATO planning and programming Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization Experience with ADP project management methodology Project management experience including financial management Excellent command of spoken and written English

Certifications

NATO SECRET Security Clearance Project management (Prince 2 or PMP) or Programme Management (MSP) certification
