Key Responsibilities

Lead clinical assessment and intervention design for ASD clients with direct impact on treatment outcomes
Drive evidence-based program development through research and data analysis
Mentor and supervise RBT and BCBA candidates, shaping next generation of practitioners
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Design and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
Ensure quality control through treatment fidelity checks and progress monitoring
Provide strategic guidance to caregivers and staff through ongoing training

Requirements

Education

Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Education, Special Education or related field

Experience

2+ years supervisory experience, 3+ years working with ASD individuals
