Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and implementation of evidence-based ABA programs with direct impact on client outcomes and organizational growth

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 3 years working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, high-risk behaviours, dual diagnoses, or mental health challenges

Required Skills

Strong understanding and application of ABA principles and intervention strategies Proficiency in conducting functional behaviour assessments (FBA) Experience using DTT, AIM, PEAK, EFL, AFLS, and VB-MAPP Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Certifications
