Key Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis and client requirement assessment to drive digital transformation initiatives
Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide solution development
Serve as key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and development units to ensure alignment
Manage project lifecycle from conceptual design through implementation and deployment

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent qualification

Experience

1+ years in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering

Required Skills

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML Deep industry expertise, preferably in Public Administration or Finance Strong analytical and methodological capabilities Excellent communication skills in German and English Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
