Key Responsibilities

Serve as strategic bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into actionable data specifications that drive organizational decision-making
Design, test, and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks and metrics systems that provide critical performance visibility across multiple business units

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, (Data) Science, etc.)

Experience

Preferably 2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience

Required Skills

The ability to switch between high level analytical thinking, constructing hypotheses and detailed (data) modelling Strong analytical capabilities and working experience with either SQL, R, or Python Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Dutch is a plus Results oriented, independent, proactive and self-starting Machine Learning experience is a plus SAP experience is a plus
