Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic business transformation by advising on policy and business change viability, directly impacting product direction and organizational outcomes
Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for Salesforce implementations in agile environments, ensuring business needs alignment with technical solutions
Architect comprehensive user stories with acceptance criteria that bridge business objectives with technical implementation
Facilitate agile ceremonies and product team collaboration to ensure timely defect resolution and requirement specification adherence
Design and execute strategic test frameworks including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality
Develop automated testing capabilities alongside manual testing processes to optimize quality assurance efficiency
Lead user acceptance testing sessions and provide expert guidance during UAT phases
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and collaborate with development teams for effective bug resolution
Ensure compliance with government security standards and implement testing best practices aligned with regulatory requirements
Establish comprehensive test strategies covering unit testing, system integration testing, and regression testing frameworks

Requirements

Education

Shall have at least a Diploma

Experience

Shall have at least three (3) years' experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects. Shall have at least 2 years of software testing experience

Required Skills

Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Knowledge and experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills Translate business requirements into user journeys and technical requirements Ability to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving Salesforce platform and related technologies Ability to collaborate effectively with product team Experience in applying Design Thinking principles from ideation to the completion of the project Experience in developing prototypes using visual mock-ups and wireframe Experience in defining the user interface and user experience of the product Experience in change management skills to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working Strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders' engagement

Certifications

Shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master Certification in Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator will be an added advantage
