Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic business intelligence for Ireland's largest affordable housing delivery program spanning over 25,000 homes
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Development, Construction, and executive leadership to optimize operational processes and achieve state housing targets
Establish comprehensive management information systems ensuring quality assurance of critical project reports and data visualizations that inform government-level decision making
Conduct advanced data analytics on construction KPIs and project delivery programs using enterprise-grade tools to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
Design and implement executive-level KPI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to support €5+ billion portfolio management decisions
Facilitate strategic workshops with key stakeholders to define business requirements for large-scale infrastructure projects
Lead implementation and project management of new technological systems and operational frameworks across development teams
Manage complex stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to deliver on national housing objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology or a related field or relevant experience in Business Analysis and Project Management

Experience

A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a similar role preferably within the construction / infrastructure / utility delivery industry
