Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic inventory optimization through advanced analytical insights and forecasting methodologies to support critical business objectives and operational excellence
Lead comprehensive inventory analysis and trend identification processes that directly impact supply chain efficiency and cost management across global operations
Facilitate high-level Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by delivering actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Ensure data integrity and operational excellence through master data management and multi-stage inventory control processes critical to business continuity
Execute monthly and yearly financial closing activities related to inventory management, supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance requirements
Resolve complex inventory discrepancies and process errors through systematic investigation and reconciliation between WMS and SAP systems
Develop and maintain internal control frameworks and reporting mechanisms that support audit requirements and regulatory compliance
Conduct strategic inventory forecasting and cycle counting initiatives that inform quarterly and yearly business planning and decision-making
Represent inventory management expertise during internal and external audits, demonstrating operational control and compliance standards
Support cross-functional business analysis and project initiatives, contributing analytical expertise to broader organizational objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with WMS and SAP

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to write and read scripts using analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
