Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic business stakeholder engagement across Arabic and English markets to shape data and AI transformation initiatives
Author comprehensive Business Requirements Documents that serve as foundation for enterprise-level digital transformation projects

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field

Experience

5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar field

Required Skills

Arabic (spoken) and English fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory Proven experience working in the Public Sector on data, reporting, or analytics initiatives Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience managing JIRA backlogs Experience in writing clear and structured user stories and acceptance criteria Ability to query and manipulate data using SQL independently Proficiency in creating insightful dashboards using Power BI and analytical models in Excel Understanding of Effort estimations and sizing Feature, Capability, Epic, and Story Sizing Understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and best practices Familiarity with Advanced Analytics concepts (Predictive Analytics, ML models, AI agents) and ability to identify/prioritize AI Use Cases
