Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic market expansion initiatives for diesel engine and turbocharger services across multiple brands
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account optimization
Provide strategic leadership and coaching to Regional Managers to ensure target achievement
Conduct high-level business reviews with Marine & Power division heads to optimize performance metrics
Develop and execute market penetration strategies across marine, power, and industrial sectors
Create compelling business proposals and negotiate complex service contracts
Analyze market dynamics and customer requirements to identify revenue opportunities
Manage international client relationships and develop long-term strategic partnerships
