Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise forecasting processes including patient, prescription, and revenue models
Develop and maintain commercial analytics frameworks to drive strategic decision-making
Manage CRM data integrity and reporting systems
Provide strategic insights through market analysis and competitive intelligence
Support sales force incentive program development and implementation
Direct business intelligence operations across forecasting, analytics, and reporting pillars

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's, Masters or PH.D degree - Business / Science / Information Technology or similar / equivalent

Experience

2 years' experience in forecasting, sales/marketing analysis, or analytical function AND 2 years experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
