Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive business process documentation initiatives including creation of detailed flowcharts, SOPs, user manuals and training videos that directly accelerate employee onboarding and operational efficiency

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, management, management information system or a related field

Experience
