Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic operations excellence by supporting and optimizing critical Field Service business processes including Call Center, Logistics, Repair, Supply Chain Planning, Service Marketing, and Field Service Engineering operations
Lead digital transformation initiatives through management of Oracle E-Business Suite applications, RMA systems, customer service platforms, and robotic process automation implementations
Execute high-impact global cross-functional projects including Oracle upgrades, service process introductions, and logistics optimization that directly contribute to cost savings and revenue generation
Perform advanced data mining and analytics using Microsoft SQL, Azure, and Power BI to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure business performance optimization
