Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic vessel operations and optimize voyage profitability for Capesize and VLOC fleet
Direct team management and mentorship of shipping operations professionals
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for fleet operational excellence
Execute cost optimization strategies for bunker fuel and port expenses
Manage operational risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Handle incident escalation and dispute resolution

Requirements

Education

Degree/Diploma in Marine or related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in commercial shipping operations
