Key Responsibilities

Process and reconcile critical financial transactions including General Ledger entries, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and bank statements to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support month-end and year-end closing processes that directly impact company-wide financial performance and stakeholder reporting
Maintain ERP master data integrity in accordance with internal control standards, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
Assist with tax filing obligations including CIT, VAT, and payroll tax declarations, supporting regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
Support internal and external audits in collaboration with senior finance team members, contributing to transparency and governance
Maintain documentation for grant administration such as WBSO, supporting funding initiatives critical to research and development
Drive improvements in financial reporting through automation and digitization initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency
Collaborate with international finance teams across multiple countries, supporting global financial operations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Accounting, or Finance (HBO level)

Experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or biotech environment
