Key Responsibilities

Lead data quality management and governance initiatives across organization
Develop and maintain master data management processes and KPIs
Drive organizational change and data culture transformation
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle data and BOM coordination
Serve as key technical liaison for cross-functional data projects
Provide AMOA support for master data tools evolution

Requirements

Education

Graduate degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, or Specialized Master's (Engineering or Business School)

Experience

At least 5 years of successful experience in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, or as a Product Owner Data & Tools

Required Skills

Rigorous analytical and organizational abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP), PIM, Power BI, PLM Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) Understanding of cosmetics sector Data and reporting expertise Change management capabilities

Certifications

CSCP (APICS), CDMP, and/or PL-300 certification (preferred)
