Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-scale Power BI analytics platform serving thousands of global users
Architect and maintain technical foundations including CI/CD, authentication, and security frameworks
Drive data modeling best practices and performance optimization for large-scale real-time analytics
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data analysts while ensuring platform stability
Conduct technology monitoring and innovation implementation for Power Platform ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business insights

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent academic background

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience on Power BI

Required Skills
