Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide data quality initiatives and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity across systems
Develop and implement master data management strategies affecting global supply chain operations
Drive organizational change management for data-driven culture transformation
Establish and monitor KPIs for measuring data quality and operational efficiency
Serve as key stakeholder in cross-functional IT and supply chain transformation projects
Build and nurture a data community to promote best practices and knowledge sharing
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of product data and bill of materials (BOM) structures

Requirements

Education

Graduate degree in Data Management, Supply Chain, or a Specialized Master's (Engineering or Business School)

Experience

At least 5 years of successful experience in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, or as a Product Owner Data & Tools

Required Skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency ERP (SAP) expertise PIM systems knowledge Power BI proficiency PLM system experience Master Data Management tools Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Change management capabilities

Certifications

CSCP (APICS), CDMP, and/or PL-300 certification (preferred)
