Key Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive financial strategy to support global expansion and prepare for potential capital market events
Lead implementation and oversight of sophisticated financial systems including Sage Intacct ERP and Workiva GRC platforms
Drive financial planning and analysis with focus on hardware-software hybrid business model optimization
Manage investor relations and capital market preparation while maintaining robust compliance frameworks
Build and mentor high-performing finance team across accounting, FP&A, compliance, and investor relations functions
Spearhead strategic financial initiatives including M&A evaluation, partnerships, and international expansion

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field; MBA or CPA preferred

Experience

10+ years of progressive finance leadership
