Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide change management capability development programs, directly impacting organizational transformation success across multiple business units
Architect collaborative transformation networks that drive horizontal learning and knowledge transfer, establishing sustainable change communities
Provide strategic advisory services to transformation leads on change communications, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Master degree ideally in Business Administration, International Business or Strategic Management

Experience

5-10 years working in change management, change communications, program/project management, transformation programs or communication related field

Long-standing experience working in change management, change communications, program/project management, transformation programs or communication related field Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, 6 batteries of change, etc.) and related tools Knowledge of and experience in change communications Can-do mentality; i.e. proven ability to be independent contributor with experience in managing communications processes across complex organizations Structured, organized and stress resilient personality able to quickly understand the issues and find countermeasures Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Team player with ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal An excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
