Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide information security strategy development and implementation for Project PEAK
Direct security risk assessment and mitigation programs across the organization
Oversee compliance with global financial services security regulations
Establish and maintain information security policies and standards aligned with SCB Group
Manage incident response and business continuity planning
Drive security awareness and training initiatives
Provide executive-level guidance on security matters
Lead security integration in business processes and digital transformation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience

10+ years in information security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Required Skills

Knowledge of information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) Leadership and communication skills Project management capabilities Strategic planning abilities
