Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic compensation and classification operations for UN Secretariat
Oversee implementation of ICSC Methodology for local salary structures
Manage UN Global Centre for Human Resources (OneHR Centre)
Direct stakeholder relationships with Resident Coordinators and staff federations
Develop and implement HR policies and classification standards
Lead salary survey presentations and methodology implementation
Manage budget and resource allocation for compensation programs

Requirements

Education

Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences, finance, accounting, or law is required

Experience

A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, human resources policy development, compensation, job classification, administration, financial management or related field is required
