Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and administration of Family Care team and preventative services
Manage complex family prevention and child protection cases
Develop and oversee innovative preventative programs
Build and maintain relationships with community members and external agencies
Create and manage annual budgets and identify new funding sources
Ensure compliance with policies and legislation
Lead community engagement processes
Provide crisis management and 24/7 coverage coordination

Requirements

Education

Masters Degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, or related discipline
