Key Responsibilities

Deliver solution-focused therapy services to diverse corporate clients
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
Manage complex cases including risk assessment, addiction support, and family counseling
Drive quality metrics and optimize service delivery outcomes
Coordinate with EAP program stakeholders to ensure service excellence

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of post-master's clinical experience
