Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate clinical research trials ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines
Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight for research participants
Manage study documentation and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with multidisciplinary research teams and sponsors
Conduct patient evaluations and manage adverse event reporting
Oversee data collection and quality assurance processes

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

Experience

5+ years oncology experience preferred, 3 years oncology clinical research trials

Clinical research protocol management Data management and ALCOA principles Computer proficiency with Windows applications Electronic Health Record systems (EPIC preferred) CTMS System knowledge Patient assessment and care Protocol compliance and documentation Specimen handling and shipping
