Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end clinical trial management from design through closeout with focus on strategic execution
Oversee research staff and ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and institutional policies
Manage complex stakeholder relationships including PIs, sponsors, and research teams
