Key Responsibilities

Lead complex psycho-social assessments and evidence-based treatments for adults with Tier-3 mental disorders and substance use disorders
Implement and manage disorder-based clinical care pathways within a Stepped Care framework
Provide expert crisis intervention and risk assessment services
Facilitate individual and group cognitive behavioral therapy sessions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Develop and deliver psycho-educational programs
Implement family-sensitive services and recovery-focused interventions

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in clinical health-related discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy)

Experience

Minimum two (2) years related experience required
