Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance reviews of department, internal, country and investigator files to maintain regulatory compliance
Manage site activation processes and critical path development for clinical trials
Maintain clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
Coordinate regulatory submissions and site documentation collection
Facilitate communication between clinical sites and internal teams
Manage vendor relationships and documentation tracking
Support audit readiness through systematic file reviews

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, preferably in the area of health/medical science or nursing

Experience

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year)
