Key Responsibilities

Lead legal support for Business Services and Outsourcing unit with strategic client relationship management
Negotiate and review high-value commercial agreements including master services and framework contracts
Provide real-time legal guidance to project acceptance panels and risk management teams
Develop and maintain contract templates and legal processes
Deliver legal training and guidance to stakeholders
Manage supplier and reseller contracts with focus on risk mitigation
Contribute to legal policy development and process improvement

Requirements

Education

Qualified solicitor (England and Wales)

Experience
