Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of Community Development department with $1.7M budget and 15 staff members
Oversight of zoning, code enforcement, permitting, and engineering operations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required in urban/regional planning, public administration, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years in urban/regional planning, community development, or economic development including three years of supervisory responsibility
