Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement company-wide compliance strategy aligned with international regulations
Lead regulatory risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Create and enforce policies across multiple compliance domains
Deliver employee training and foster compliance culture
Represent company in regulatory matters and investigations
Monitor compliance KPIs and report to Board
Coach and develop junior compliance team members

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Law, Compliance, or related field

Experience

8+ years of relevant experience in compliance or legal roles

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of compliance regulations (AML, anti-corruption, export controls, sanctions, DSA) Strong risk-based compliance approach Exceptional communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Fluency in English
