Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic compliance program implementation across local and global operations
Drive regulatory alignment and policy development to ensure organizational risk management
Provide expert consultation on Asset Liability Management and KYC/CDD matters
Develop and execute compliance training programs to maintain organizational regulatory readiness
Manage stakeholder relationships across global compliance networks
Direct incident investigation and remediation processes
Oversee compliance reporting and documentation systems

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in law or equivalent education

Experience

Minimum of five years relevant work experience in asset management or banking industry

Required Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English In-depth understanding of local and international (EU) compliance regulations Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail Strong sense of accountability Professional maturity Familiarity with compliance software Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Strong knowledge of Sanction regulation, AML and KYC/CDD Strong knowledge of financial instruments Understanding of AI applications in compliance
