Key Responsibilities

Drive critical sales order accuracy and product configuration specifications management, directly impacting revenue realization and customer satisfaction across KLA's global semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem
Develop and maintain strategic key performance metrics that enable data-driven decision making and operational excellence across multiple business functions
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, NPI, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, and Master Schedulers to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience
Chair strategic meetings and manage Product Configuration Specification (PCS) documents including KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing structures, and configuration rules that directly impact product profitability
Ensure accurate material setup and BOM creation for Variant Configurator modeling, maintaining data integrity that supports manufacturing efficiency and cost optimization
Collaborate with VC Modelers to validate and test system changes in both SAP and production environments, ensuring system reliability and operational continuity
Lead order review meetings to guarantee sales order accuracy and proper configuration, preventing costly manufacturing errors and delivery delays
Manage C point database accuracy and weekly MRP loading processes, maintaining supply chain visibility and planning effectiveness

Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management
