Key Responsibilities

Issue discipline acceptance certificates and system ready-for-commissioning certificates according to established handover procedures
Lead weekly coordination meetings with Construction and Commissioning teams to optimize handover completion priorities
Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical completion reports for stakeholder communication
Drive handover processes for Discipline Acceptance Certificates and Mechanical Completion Certificates to enable commissioning activities
Manage final dossier preparation and document archiving ensuring complete field inspection certification compliance

Requirements

Education

University degree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent

Experience

A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience with significant experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants and covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size
