Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive end-of-project evaluation using OECD-DAC criteria
Conduct detailed desk review of project documentation
Develop and implement data collection methodologies
Train and supervise evaluation team members

Present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Education, International Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, or related disciplines

Experience

Minimum five (5) years experience in similar evaluation work
