Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation services for enterprise LIMS solutions, directly impacting laboratory operational efficiency across healthcare and life sciences sectors
Execute comprehensive project lifecycle management including gap analysis, technical workshops, and system validation to ensure successful customer outcomes
Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating third-party applications and laboratory instruments with core LIMS platforms
Influence product development strategy by collaborating with product managers and development teams on feature prioritization and roadmap planning
Deliver expert-level training and knowledge transfer to consulting teams, establishing technical leadership within the organization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laboratory Sciences (Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.) or Information Systems

Experience

Experience in the field of LIMS, in a healthcare and/or health and/or laboratory informatics environment

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience with laboratory information systems Experience as a LIMS consultant or equivalent is an asset Experience in delivering impactful presentations to groups Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory specialty workflows required Experience in software programming is an asset Experience using or configuring LIMS or LIS Strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently Demonstrated success in improving workflow processes and procedures Advanced English Fluency in German will be a plus
