Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering change projects for complex medical electronic equipment
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments on technical problem resolution
Perform root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain technical documentation compliant with medical device standards
Coordinate First Article Inspections for product changes
Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Experience

7+ years experience in relevant field

Required Skills

Fluency in Dutch and English Experience with 3D drawing software (Solidworks) GD&T and tolerance/worst case analysis Knowledge of mechatronics and electronics engineering Knowledge of production methods and materials Strong bias to action
