Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive behavioral science research initiatives including desktop research, academic literature reviews, and competitive intelligence analysis that drives strategic business decisions
Design and execute sophisticated qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including ethnographies, surveys, and focus groups to uncover deep consumer insights
Take full ownership of high-stakes client deliverables and presentations, ensuring exceptional visual clarity and strategic rigor that influences C-suite decision making
Facilitate strategic workshops and ideation sessions with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in behavioral transformation initiatives
Drive creative development processes by translating behavioral science insights into actionable creative briefs and production guidelines
Support comprehensive project management across multiple client engagements while maintaining Ogilvy's standards of excellence in intelligence and imagination
Actively contribute to business development through client growth conversations, new business proposals, and thought leadership initiatives
Represent the company at industry events including Nudgestock and contribute to annual publications establishing market thought leadership

Requirements

Education

An undergraduate degree is a minimum requirement and a Masters or beyond is certainly beneficial. Subjects may include (but are not limited to) psychology, biology, humanities/social sciences and economics.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a consultancy, client strategy position or equivalent strategic role in professional services.

A detailed knowledge of behaviour change principles, heuristics and biases and fundamentals of psychology and behavioural economics An appreciation for business, brand and marketing strategy Qualitative and quantitative research skills (including literature reviews, survey development, statistical analysis, etc..) Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to take initiative and to work independently and within a team Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, especially in high-pressure situations Strong work ethic with superior attention to detail Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, Keynote a plus
