Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage FC team of ~100 employees across multiple shifts
Supervise daily fulfillment center operations 2 days per week
Develop and implement operational improvement strategies
Analyze and optimize supply chain workflows
Collaborate with technical teams on WMS improvements
Pilot and roll out efficiency initiatives across multiple facilities
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Coach and develop team members

Requirements

Education

Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain

Experience

2-5 years of full-time work experience
