Key Responsibilities

Orchestrates comprehensive contract negotiation processes for high-value complex agreements including SaaS licenses and master services agreements, directly impacting company revenue streams and risk exposure
Functions as the central coordination hub for all contract-related matters, managing stakeholder relationships across Compliance, Sales, Product, and Legal departments to ensure seamless business operations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent

Experience

7+ years of relevant working experience in similar roles with 3+ years of contract management experience

Required Skills

3+ years of experience negotiating legal terms & conditions, preferably for data or software solutions Good level of understanding of contract and commercial law Proficient in English Experience working in an international corporate environment Experience with order processing systems, and CRM/CLM tools such as Salesforce or Conga preferred Proficient in use of MS Office - particularly advanced skills in Word, Excel, Power Point

Certifications

Training or education in law, paralegal skills, negotiation, or legal writing, including IAACM or similar certification, desirable
