Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial and contractual governance for multi-million euro wind farm construction projects
Direct strategic risk management and claims resolution processes
Guide project teams on contractual obligations and commercial strategies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, quantity surveying, industrial and civil construction, or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in contracts or project management within the UK construction industry
