Key Responsibilities

Strategic contract lifecycle management from award through closeout with emphasis on compliance and risk mitigation
Development and negotiation of critical business agreements including NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (business or contracts concentration preferred)

Experience

10+ years Federal contracts management experience
